Monday 5th March & Tuesday 6th March, 2012 (nominations due 3pm Friday 2nd March)

3:30 pm to 5:00 pm

Before schools nominate children (all children must be nominated by the school) the school should conduct a session to check children's skills. Only those nominated by the school will be allowed to trial.

1. Children must be wearing correct attire, bring water bottle, mouth guard, no jewellery to be worn, and must be born in 2000.
2. Children must be available to play on 1 & 2nd May at Regional (Met East) trials.
3. To compete in trials students must be nominated through their school and parents must complete a Parent Consent form, Authority to Share Form and Medical Details form. These must be presented to the trial convenor at the start of the trial.
4. Project Consent Forms are to be kept at the students school and the Principals Consent Form is to be sent to the convenor with the nominations.
5. It is the responsibility of the parents to get the students to and from the trial venue on the day of the trial.
